Prime Blue Grille
Downtown District Gets Uptown Eats
Following the demand for healthy, natural foods, a cutting-edge steak and seafood restaurant will open its premier location in Downtown Miami this summer.
Prime Blue Grille will be the first national restaurant to serve natural, corn-fed, hormone and antibiotic free, 100 percent source-verified prime beef. However, they take a different approach to the typical steakhouse, placing just as much emphasis on its seafood selection. |
Located on the Riverwalk at One Miami and with 8,000 square feet, 277 seats, and four private dining rooms, the restaurant is set in a contemporary, yet warm design that offers a sophisticated and fun environment.
Enjoy fine food in this one-of-a-kind restaurant overlooking the Miami River. For more information, please call 786-877-0757 or visit www.primebluegrille.com. |

The Miami DDA recently approved the largest budget in its 42-year history. A budget of over $3 million will go to initiatives that are service and capital improvement focused. General programs include:
Embellishing existing green space creating urban park environments |
Enhancing streetscapes with landscape and crosswalk and intersection treatments |

Providing an increased street presence of safety and assistance |
Supporting retail recruitment in the Central Business District |
Assisting with the upgrade of building façades |
| In 2006-2007, the Miami DDA also expanded its Downtown Enhancement Team (DET Team). The DET Team is a group of individuals in uniforms, that provide clean up services such as litter and graffiti removal, trash bag collection, pressure cleaning, landscape maintenance, and hurricane assistance. In addition, Flagler Street will be further enhanced with ground coverings, potted plants, and street banners. These enhancements will be implemented by the end of summer. |
